Its founder and Managing Director, Joe Settineri, has over 25 years experience in the construction industry.
Joe is supported by a Pre-construction Consultant, Project Manager/Building Designer and Accounts Co-ordinator who work together seamlessly to form Sett Homes' management team.
At Sett Homes we pride ourselves on building superior quality custom homes for modern/contemporary living. We offer flexible design options that cater to your personal needs and provide a turn-key project-management service. Everything from design consultation, budget, council approvals, selection of fittings, fixtures and materials, (including landscaping) are carefully considered. Our collaborative approach facilitates open communication between the owner, building designer and construction team, leaving nothing to chance and no "hidden costs."
Sett Homes is affiliated with many other respected companies and suppliers. Austral Bricks, Boral, Rheem, Clipsal, Caesar Stone, Harvey Norman Commercial and Taubmans Paint to name a few. Sett Homes have built an impressive amount of homes since 2003 in the Sydney region.
