I had false alarm the other day AFTER handover, where someone had come into the house when I was at work, within 15 minutes the site supervisor was in his car making his way to my house to make sure nothing was wrong. It ended up being the person renting the granny flat. This is just scratching the surface with the amount of care and service they provided my family.
